Anger is an action emotion, where it makes us want to do something. When anger takes control of our actions, it often makes us say or do things that we end up regretting. Therefore, anger can impact our health, career, and social life. Anger related symptoms and behaviours include:

We will start by understanding the dynamics of your anger and how it impacts your life. Our initial focus will be on learning regulation and grounding skills to help you remain in control of your actions while feeling angry. Then we will focus on understanding the root cause of the anger and if it is masking other emotions, as well as the message anger is carrying and trying to deliver to you. I will offer tools and explore different skills to help you regain control and cope with anger.
